Fantastic range for all ages. Awesome just browsing and finding great specials. Have been several times and always find something to suit.

Went on Thursday first time in two years lovely clothing range for both men and women

Basic clothes shop. Good range of clothes at competitive prices. Not much else you can say about this place really. The rest of this review is largely irrelevant. I get a good score from Google if I put lots of words in my reviews. Hopefully this is enough.

Haven't been for ages and found lots of lovely stuff, will be back in two weeks. Quick service at till point.

Easy parking, a nice warm store that is well laid out. Prices are very good and the whole experience was efficient and fast, just the way I like it. Got a 25% discount as well!

Bit of a mixed bag really, I really enjoyed looking around the shop and liked alot of the stock they had. However they have been let down by the staff. Firstly I wanted to know about an item that I wanted and thought I would ask a member of staff that was heading straight for me. So I polity said excuse me could you help me. She looked at me and totally ignored me and carried on walking. I asked again. This time she stopped, I asked her about some socks. Know I know it's not an expensive item, but you should get the same polite service. Instead she abruptly replied "If it's not there we ain't got it and don't know when we will they don't tell us" Then again at the checkout, just abrupt rude service. So 3 stars purely for stock, nothing at all for staff. If the staff were professional and polite then more stars would have been added

Really enjoy looking around Matalan and they have reasonable prices but the staff need some training in customer services!

Great matalan, large range of mens and womans clothes. Easy to get around and nice level of busyness. Just right. Store is very full so can be a bit of a mission to get around if very busy, Staff are very friendly and helpful aswell

I really like some of their clothes but unfortunately their poor customer service led me to never buy from them again. I have emailed my matters various times to the customer service email , contacted them via fb messenger . Was told due to a faulty item I received (with security tag still on ) to return it and they refund me the postage once I send a photo of the proof of postage and once I did , I was told they never told me they d refund me this . I have never experienced such poor and horrible service with any other business and advise matalan to put some time and effort into developing their CS teams further.

It is a shame that the biggest size goes only to 20 or 18 in most cases. I cannot shop here anymore as I walk away disappointed. Could Matalan look into getting more plus sizes? Thank you
