I would like to give 0 star for midwife service in this health center. My experience has been worst because of midwives lack of knowledge in their field. Whatever problem i have discussed with them their only answer is go to emergency care. They don't have answer for any minor problems related to pregnancy .

No information to the patient, I was send with urgent referral to Westmit , one week after I confirmed that they send - so told me lady in reception . I was waiting and waiting- good I’m working in Westmit so I went to the hospital and no referral. So I went back to the gp and ask what is happened? So they told me that the referral was rejected because they didn’t send additional documents. No one was able to answer why they didn’t call me for that document if I’ll not working in hospital more likely I’ll still waiting for urgent appointment. That is very bad practice. How can I now believe that they treat me good ? Good I don’t have cancer because so waiting can cost the life . So maybe the learn about communication skills? I know is very busy but if some had urgent referral it mean must to be see ASAP and not next year .

I love this doctors and think they're amazing. I've only had a problem with a new receptionist lady who had a go at me for not wanting to specify what I needed to talk to the doctor about as it was private. She's been really rude a few times. Also the length of time before the phone gets answered is ridiculous. The practice has really gone downhill in some aspects but I still rate the doctors and the old receptionist workers that have been there a long time, a 5 star plus due to how good they're to me. Kingfisher practice are brilliant. Just a shame about the latest receptionist lady who thinks it's okay to be rude to people that are down and a shame about how long a call is taken to be answered but doctors truly are amazing 👏
