Gerard really knows what he is doing! I went in with very limited movement of my left arm due to a frozen shoulder and came out being able to comfortably lift it to almost vertical. Amazing! I've got some homework to do and because he took the time to explain the anatomy to me, I understand what I need to work on each day. Gerard has a lot of great tips to share too.Highly recommend!
