My first massage at massage one yesterday and it was an experience i never had. Benny is at the top of his game I requested the focus of the massage to be on just the trigger points in the erector spinae but he went way beyond that. Not only he helped ease the knots of that area, resolve the tightness, open the hinges he also educated me on the cause of it all. Though the most important was the advise he gave me on nervous system when dealing with chronic illnesses which is what I needed the most as I never thought of how crucial it would be to heal the mind to heal the body.

Highly recommend Mel from Massage One. I have been seeing her at Her Medical throughout my pregnancy

Highly recommend Mel from Massage One. I have been seeing her at Her Medical throughout my pregnancy. Mel does the most relaxing pregnancy massage with a combination of lymphatic drainage, which has really helped to keep on top of and relieve any fluid retention. Regular massages with Mel have also relieved many aches and pains that come with being pregnant. It’s something I really look forward to every fortnight!
