I would highly recommend Massage Physio. After struggling with a lot of pain in my back Katharina was so helpful checking my posture as well as feeling for any difference. After the massage she showed me some exercises to strengthen my back and was so helpful! Well priced and would highly recommend.

Jess was super friendly and helped to relieve the pain from a trapped nerve in my shoulder that I'd had for over a year. Will most definitely return and recommend to friends and family as I've felt a huge difference from my first deep tissue massage!

I highly recommend Katharina for advice and treatment. I've seen many sports massage therapists and physios over the years - Katharina's massage technique is unrivalled. I always feel SO much better after a session. I tend to get very tight muscles and they tighten up quite quickly but regular sessions with Katharina keep me active. She's super knowledgeable and always has advice for any injuries I might pick up. My muscles are very grateful for her, as am I! If you need a sports massage in Manchester, look no further, you won't find anyone better!

I booked Massage physio about a week after my post-op and I must say Katharina has been absolutely fantastic. Even though, I only book for lymphatic drainage massages, she personalises the treatment to include soft tissue massages as well. Katharina's knowledge goes beyond just physio; giving advice on posture and small things that can make a big difference to your recovery. I have a huge difference after just 3 massages. She is the best of the best!
