I am very pleased with the results of my massage. It has helped immensely with my stiff hips, shoulders and neck. I feel it has helped with my flexibility and reduced my overall pain levels from aching muscles. I drive a lot in my job and wish I had discovered how much massage helps years ago. I had a sports massage for Zoe (Killian), especially after aggravating a lower back pain and underlying spasm. Whilst somewhat 'brutal', the end result was amazing and I was able to walk out of the venue without being hunched over as I had been for the previous two weeks. Zoe was very professional and very effective. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
