My first and last time. The owner talked mW out of getting the trainee massage as she said it may be

My first and last time. The owner talked mW out of getting the trainee massage as she said it may be lower price though not great massage...I should have known then something was off....half way through the massage that was full price I asked Therapist was she going to use oil. She got the owner in and the owner said "You said no oil". I replied I said no such thing as you never asked me....so I got about 15 minutes worth of oil and when I went to pay the owner wanted to charge me $10 more for the oil. I refused as nothing was said about charging for oil and ...$10? This lady is money hungry and treats customers with such disrespect.
