I was visiting Hervey Bay & booked & paid in advance for a 1 hour remedial massage. Best massage ever. However the staff member on reception was very distracted & I ended up only having a 30 minute massage with no refund. I contacted the company afterward but my very polite messages have been left unanswered. Great (albeit short) massage but really disappointing customer service at the time & since.

Paid and booked for 2 Aromatherapy massages and confirmed upon arrival, and got a rather mediocre remedial at the best. Visiting town but would have been nice to receive what we had booked and paid for. Neat and tidy and clean.

I was denied an hour of remedial massage for $80 but offered a regular oil massage for an hour for $75, I'm in extreme pain, so I needed something done. I only had neck, shoulders and half my back done. I'm normally very happy with the massages I receive from here. But today I paid the $75 for an average massage, and I cannot claim my rebate.
