Great cars lousy service department - call to say my car smells of burning and i'm concerned it may catch fire - cant look at it for 3 weeks. So basically I don't drive my car as little as possible for 3 weeks. The day before its due to go in (today) the service department calls to say they are busy and want to rearrange, when I say no they say I may have to align your expectations that we may not be able to complete any work on your car tomorrow even though it's booked in as we are to busy!

we are a current account customer spending several thousand's each month with your company. Long story short - car booked in for warranty repair, nearly 3 months later we still have no update, we have chased so many times, never get put through to service desk. On the rare occasions we have got through we are told they will check and report back - Again no call backs. We have a £70k car devaluing that we are unable to use, costing us a lot of money. Surely not too much to ask for an update, is our car on site?, has it been damaged or stolen!?

Super professional and incredibly experienced alongside excellent customer service but not too stiff that there were no opportunities to share a laugh.
