I purchased a groupon voucher for a massage at Marx Ayurveda, I contacted them a month before the voucher expired and they said I can't use it as they have no appointments at all. They said I had to arrange a refund through groupon. When I pointed out it is poor customer service to advertise through groupon a service which is unavailable, allow people to pay for it and wait potential customer time arranging refunds he said he did he know what to say instead of apologising.
