Hired Martin Electrical Services to do a complete rewire in my house. Not a good experience at all, he had no respect or consideration for my property. I was so relieved when he finally left my house that I didn't want him back to sort out the mess he left. I complained to the NICEIC, but they claimed that they did not receive my online complaint form, despite me receiving an acknowledgement from them saying they had received it... I tried to complain about the NICEIC's complaints procedure, but guess who handles their complaints? The NICEIC! They all look after each other.

I had to call out Martin for my elderly neighbour who had a fault with her electric box which was very old. It was late at night and he turned up within 30 mins and fixed the problem , promising to call out the following day to replace a worn part. We are so grateful to him for putting our 90yr old neighbour at ease and reassuring her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin. 5 star service.Thank you.

Required lights changing and sockets in a 1930s ex council house. Martin came along and did the job in a polite and professional manner. Offering advice and guidance as the existing electrics did not meet current standards. Would hire again for any electrical needs.
