My family and I have rented an apartment in central Oxford for the past 8 months with Martin & Co as the managing agents. Throughout our tenancy we found Martin & Co to be absolutely professional, helpful, courteous and quick to respond to all of concerns. They were also completely fair and impartial in all dealings between ourselves and our landlord who they were also representing. Kate Kennedy as Branch Manager did a great job in managing our tenancy and was particularly helpful when we wanted to terminate our one-year tenancy early after we bought a property here. Martin & Co. were equally efficient and effective in taking care of the landlord's interests and I have no hesitation in recommending their services to landlord's and tenants alike.

Very bad experience!! On the very first day when we move into the flat. There is no hot water nor shower in the house! We go back to Martin & Co for help. They simply throw the number of landlord and said it's not their responsibility to deal with the fix. To make things worse, the so-called landlord never pick up the phone!!! What we are angry most is the agency's attitude. When we come to them, they show no interests offering any help. They didn't even try to!!! Simply ask us to seek for advice from Citizen Advice. What a joke!!! Not professional at all. Even private landlord can do better. Very disappointed. Regret to use them.

Finding a place to live after uni was proving tricky for both me and my partner, but Martin and Co. have been very fair. The fees are as you'd expect of Oxford, but I appreciated the transparency about it, and Jordan was particularly helpful and happy to answer all my questions. They've been very fair and understanding about my particular circumstances where other estate agents in the area have been less flexible; as a customer I've felt valued and would probably look to use them again the next time I have to move.

If you are looking for your new home in Oxford, I recommend you to put in touch with Martin and Co Oxford, and especially with Luke Vecchione. I believe this is the best housing company in the city (it's quite hard to find a place in Oxford), and Luke was always very professional and interested in helping me to find a house, even sending me videos of apartments before my arrival in the UK or calling me out of office hours. Luke was very comprehensive and did an excellent job to arrange my move on time. I'm very happy with the customer service and for the confidence that I felt to make a rental contract through this company.

I sold a flat in Oxford through Martin & Co and had an excellent experience. The flat was marketed well, with good photos and a 3D tour, and sold within 7-10 days of listing. They were professional from start to finish with close communication throughout. They would promptly call to provide feedback on viewings and were impeccably polite in their dealings with me. My main point of contact was Conor from the Thame/Oxford branch. I wish all estate agents are as good as Conor. I fully recommend Martin & Co if you are looking to sell your property.

Emma Collis at Martin & Co has fully managed my flat in Oxford since 2015. She was always easy to get hold of, 'very' efficient,, totally reliable and managed some tricky situations with tenants skilfully.. Martin & Co have just sold my flat, my main point of contact Conor Taylor. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, very good grasp of his job, always instilled confidence in some difficult moments.. Both Emma and Conor were a great pleasure to deal with, I am extraordinarily grateful to them both and highly recommend them.

I rent a flat via Martin & Co oxford for three years. Everything was fine when you had the contract with them. As soon as the contract ends, the agency doesn't respond emails regarding return of deposit anymore . It's been over a month and we haven't received anything regarding our deposit. BE CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR DEPOSIT!!

Rented a student property through Martin & Co and they were absolutely brilliant! Worked with Abi and she was absolutely brilliant showing us round a bunch of houses and she really made sure she prioritised what it was we were looking for. She was amazing and was really helpful with all our questions when we were submitting the offer and would definitely use them again!

I used Martin & Co to manage a rental property, and then they helped us sell it. In both services they were excellent. As landlords living overseas we relied on M&Co to check up on the property, and they were always very responsive, meaning we could act on requests from tenants really quickly and easily. Emma from the rental office was always very helpful. When it came to selling, Conor Taylor was fantastic - again very responsive and keeping us up to date with everything.
