Simon and Asa were super helpful when I needed a new 2nd hand car. They found me my perfect car. They worked patiently with me to find one that was reliable, within my constrained budget and, of course, that I liked - not such an simple combination. The paperwork was sorted professionally as one would expect. They were understanding and helpful when the bank blocked my card (so embarrassing) which took me a couple of days to finally sort out. A couple of (minor) things came to light once I had the car but these were put right quickly and without any stress. After sales care was great. This is my second car from Marshall's - my previous car lasted me 12years with no major issues other than wear and tear, and I have no reason to doubt that this one will be just as trustworthy. Have had my 'new' car for 3 months now and she is perfect. Thank you Marshall's and a special thank you to Simon and Asa.

Marshall Jaguar. Absolutely shocking aftercare service. Trying to get your car booked in for a service is beyond a joke. You can never get through to anyone and even when you leave a message with a receptionist there is no response either. Have just spent 1.45 time there trying to get the car booked in and was just left sitting. Keen enough to make the sale but I wont be getting my new car from there for certain.

Visited Marshalls used car centre on Saturday 29th June 2019. Paid £10,000 cash for a 16 plate Ford cmax only to find a crack across the top of the windscreen when I got home, missed it at the showroom because it is only visible from inside and they had the sun visors down as it was a sunny day. When I told Paul the salesman on my return he didn't want to know and said I would have to claim on my insurance. What he didn't know is I went back to purchase another car I had seen in the showroom, a black MG 18 plate £14,000. Needless to say I left there with my money still in my pocket. I can honestly say I will never buy a car from Marshalls again and would advise anyone else to do the same. A company with core values such as that do not deserve our custom.

I did give initially a 5 star review when I purchased my seat Leon in may 2021 , but guess what when I had a few problems they backtracked over what they promised me , 2 visits 240 miles later they said sorry warranty don’t cover that. Why do people promise things they can’t do . Even emailed CEO who pushed it all down the line , I will not buy another car from this company ever again , they get your money and be nice to you then if anything goes wrong they wriggle out of repairing it, I don’t wish to ever contact them again

My husband Joe purchased a car online with no photos and within an hour of ringing he received all photos and full info of work that was being undertaken.He was passed on to a guy called Asa Cameron who sorted out deposit, finance and delivery. So easy and no stress, can’t thank him enough. Car delivered on time , all valeted and perfect so would highly recommend. Once again thank you Asa your a star ⭐️

There are a lot of superb things to say about the people who work here. Because we are first time buyers, we did not have much knowledge on how to go about it but Paolo, a very kind, patient and sharing man (He shared his biscuits with my son on our first visit) helped all the way. It took him a load of paperwork and a more than a few days to open the way for us to buy our first car. Meghan, who is a trainee there is a lovely, thoughtful lady who shared her extensive knowledge on cars and even helped me to calm my two year old! It was a long wait and my two year old was stressed so Meghan went out of her way to ask me what would be useful to mothers and babies at such times and I said biscuits! On our second visit, she had a packet of biscuits! And Tom, also a trainee who was super helpful and smiley all the way. He too, was always eager to help. One might think that such work settings are dull but not this one. The kindness of people make the long hours of wait and paperwork worth-while. The nature of this job is a lot of talking and paperwork so to anyone who will visit this place anytime soon, should express patience because most of the pressure are on these lovely people. I recently bought a used Citroen C1 from Marshall and was delighted with the service I experienced. I was particularly impressed with sales executive Asa; not only was he unfailingly courteous, professional and efficient, he was also, (importantly,) not remotely pushy.
