I asked to speak to someone from the service department about an issue I've been having with my Seat. I was asked to wait in the waiting area, so I did. For 45 minutes I somehow temporarily manifested the super power known as invisibility! The showroom was empty with one person at the service desk, from what I could tell was just reading through paperwork and then phoning customers. I only wanted to enquire about something, I can't believe how they think it is acceptable to leave someone waiting for so long with no sign of them wanting to speak to me. Really poor service, will not be going back if I have an issue, I'll find another Seat garage where they hopefully employ people who have some level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
