I have had my car serviced by Marshall Oxford Audi over the past five years, and it has been an absolute pleasure to see their customer service go from strength to strength in that time, particularly over the last couple of years. I’d had a fair bit of disappointment with their service during my initial first couple of years, but the service team over the last three years has been wonderful. Special shout out to Laura C in the service team who over the last couple of visits has helped restore my faith in the Audi brand. Her service has been impeccable, she’s extremely professional and diligent, and what I appreciated most is that she kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle repairs throughout the process. Just bought this fantastic Python Yellow A1 Vorsprung and had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Ali Shah. Ali was patient, calm and informative and we reached a great deal for my trade in.
