Worst customer service from Marshall Land Rover Cambridge. Dropped in to book a problem with my discovery and took it in several weeks later for the problem to be fixed, needed a new part so had to book it in again, went in six weeks later after speaking to dealership that they would have the part , dropped the car in for the third time and guess what the part hadn’t been ordered. The lady offered to keep it overnight but the last time I left my Range Rover at this dealership a mechanic took it home 90 miles round trip and parked it on a housing estate , the car was dirtier than I had left it and 1/4 tank of petrol missing . They were only found out by the cars tracker and admitted it was normal to take cars home. I was certainly not going to leave another car overnight for a fitter to drive home in so I walked out with no repair being done.
Left two messages for them to contact me but with no response but that’s normal as I contacted them five times for a test drive in a new discovery and ended up going Miles to buy one from another dealership.
Appalling service on countless occasions by this dealer.
Marshall’s have all the local dealership’s and I just wished there was someone different nearer to use.
