They did a fantastic service job, however it took over 5 hours for an ac recharge with an appointmen

They did a fantastic service job, however it took over 5 hours for an ac recharge with an appointment. They failed to top off fluids as requested in the appointment, and told me they were all low when I came to pick up the vehicle. I know they're low, that's why I asked them to top off fluids at my appointment which somehow didn't get done in the five hours they had the vehicle. They didn't even call to ask if they could do it since it was low. There's some serious miscommunication happening somewhere since the service was good and the customer service was attentive when I asked about what had and hadn't been done. I'll probably give them another chance and hope it's was just a fluke.

Fantastic customer from James and his team, we’re very happy with our Tuscon. At no stage did the sales process feel rushed or pushy, plus unlike Volvo down the road you weren’t judged on what you looked like as soon as you walked into the show room, so I was happy to spend my money with Hyundai instead. Very flexible in regards to how much deposit we put down, plus James worked hard to make the monthly payments line up with our budget.

We bought our Hyundai Tucson recently from marshalls cambridge,we were lucky enough to get such a fab car sales man. James Moulsher was absolutely brilliant. He did a spot on job in finding us our perfect family car. He listened to everything we wanted and what we didn’t want. He didn’t try and push us in to things we had said we didn’t want and found exactly what we wanted. He is a genuine,nice guy with a great way of recommending the right car for us. He wasn’t at all pushy,or blagging his way through things like most do. He was extremely helpful,and it clearly showed he really enjoyed his job. James is an asset to the company,and he spoke so highly of his job too. I would highly recommend James if you are looking for a Hyundai,he knows his stuff inside out. Thanks James you are a star

It used to be a great reputable dealer: not the cheapest but fair with the value they have offered.

It used to be a great reputable dealer: not the cheapest but fair with the value they have offered. Sadly years of blatant disregard from Senior Management took toll on this business. As a result of customers now leaving en masse, Marshalls raises fees and keeps costs down, not reinvesting in people and in the place. Employing low cost staff means the quality reached new lows across all levels! Now, just shy of £500 for the Car Full Service, their own mechanics are so cocky they even take a car for a 2 mile spin while at it (proof on odometer!). With fees at its highest and no regard for customer, I will not be returning to Marshals Cambridge nor can recommend it. Time for change!!
