Called in to test drive a second hand ford fiesta at this store. The sales rep assigned to us, Jake, was extremely friendly, professional,informative and never pushed a sale (which is something I have experienced before and it really put me off going to car dealers). I test drove several other vehicles that day from other dealerships nearby and it quickly became apparent that our experience with Jake was quite possibly a rare one! Although we did not end up purchasing the vehicle in question, I would return to this store and recommend it to others based solely upon the customer service we experienced. The only reason for the 4 star review was I felt the car we were looking at was rather over priced for its condition, which was a shame.

Recently bought a Fiesta for a very good price from Marshall Ford Store and also got a great deal part-exchange for my old car. Received excellent service from David, he spent plenty of time explaining everything to me and didn't try to force a deal (I already knew which car I wanted anyway). Love the car so far, it is amazing to drive. Hopefully it doesn't need as much maintenance as the old car!!

We went in to Ford not really knowing what we wanted the salesman Serkan helped with narrowing down our choices and we walked away with a new Ford Focus and a great deal. The process was so much easier than I thought it would be and was able to collect when suited us. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional. Thank you for a smooth transaction!

We recently purchased a second-hand Ford Focus as we needed a bigger car in preparation for having a child. William Ballard was very helpful, informative, accommodating and clear. We were able to take the car for a test drive alone which was a really valuable part of the experience. While this was not a cheap purchase, we did not feel rushed or pressured into the car or into having to take any of the additional sales extras we were offered. The rate of part-exchange on our previous car was excellent. The payment and paperwork process was as easy as something this expensive/complex could be. I feel confident that if we have any problems with the car in future William would try to assist us as much as possible. All in all a very positive and easy experience.

I'm in the process of changing my Focus Titanium for a Focus Vignale for very similar monthly payments. My dedicated sales Exec Serkan Degirmenci has been exceptional in guiding me through the process. Just need to take delivery now.
