Excellent service from start to finish. Beautiful showroom, no high pressured sales tactics, friendly and approachable staff. Impressed. Difficult to find somewhere to park, had to use the slip road off the roundabout.

Review

Called their service team on Monday 6th with no return call. Called again on Wednesday 8th and I was promised a call back. Called again on Saturday 11th explained the situation and STILL nobody called me back. Within that time frame however I had received multiple emails from their sales team trying to get me to book in to try the new 3 series. Why on earth would I buy a new one when you can’t even help me maintain the one I have? Will be shopping elsewhere.

Review

Excellent service from Luke Carhart. We live in Scotland and got a far better deal from Marshall’s than what was on offer for the same car in several dealerships in Scotland. We also got a better trade in price too! Luke was very good to deal with and was extremely helpful at every stage. Marshall’s even comprised a met us part way up the country opposed to going all the way to Salisbury. We would definitely buy another car from them / Luke.
