We Went for relaxing spa experience with full body massage. The spa has only 5 Lounger chairs which had towels on them reserved but not used for over 2 hours leaving us with wicker upright uncomfortable seats (with nowhere to rest our legs) for our ‘relaxing spa’ experience. We spoke to staff to see if any more loungers available but never heard back. The massage was excellent , which is only reason we’ve given two stars, but we would never go back! Paid the same for spa and lunch at the Solent Hotel and had a wonderful experience there. So if you’re wanting a relaxing spa try somewhere else. Totally disappointed ☹️
