Police often stop here to get sandwiches and petrol. I was crouched down reading the newspapers out the front of the petrol station and someone working in M&S called the police on me for acting suspiciously! They took me to one side and questioned me and took all my details. I was so offended! I know petrol stations have to look out for bandits or whatever, but it was 9am and I was in a suit going to work!

Alright, but never have enough Gluten Free products in stock which is disappointing.

I used to buy a coffee every morning. Large latte with an extra shot. So I spent hundreds of pounds every year. One day the guy forgot to put the extra shot in. I pointed this out and he got very nasty and aggressive. Point blank told me I was wrong - I knew I wasn't. No "customer is right". No "regular customer knows what he's talking about". I haven't been back since.

I will be avoiding this garage; hence the shop and ATM too. The main reason for this is that the garage has a"step" as an entry and exit. This is a busy road; hence it is not easy to slow down to 0kph, turn perpendicular to the step and then enter the station. Yes I can enter diagonally, but will progressively damage my steering column, wheel alignment, tyres, and even get hit from the side. Therefore it is too risky to enter this gargage.

Very poor service. Night shift staff very rude and not professional, toilet disgusting and locked up for most of the time for no reason

To be quite honest I'm far from posh but I am a fussy eater these days, for example I can't stand many brands of milk or mac 'n cheese or tomato & lentil soup or hummus or even cinnamon, but for some reason almost everything tastes better at M&S, except its cinnammon but it does have the best milk (organic whole especially) and the best hummus. Even the ready meals are a cut above many hone cooked or restaurant dishes (don't believe me? Try the 4 cheese ravioli or some of the vegan dishes. Just never try the pre-prepared jackets with cheese on (🤮) - what's with that old M&S??? And who else does apples with pinky-orange flesh? (Kissabel)...

Don't ever think of ordering their Birthday present/cake online , nothing but disaster, missed delivered and re-delivered after 6 days of actual birthday, shocking response from customer service team, they think its ok as long as they redeliver it even after 6 days of your birthday, they don't even published my negative review on their website, which mean review on their website is not transparent as they decide which one to publish,

Only 4 stars because the shelves were a bit empty after Xmas & New Year. Normally it is very good & worthy of 5 stars.
