The restaurant at the Gyle is shocking short of staff all year, tables cluttered with dishes and finally toasties are removed from the fridge handed over to staff who let them accumulate before they are put back into the same fridge!!! perhaps the staff can enlighten you why they do this . My Husband has already sent you an email regarding this matter however no explanation was given in fact no REPLY.

Brilliant sale on at the moment on items that are already reasonably priced anyway. The clothing is the most confortable I've ever owned and all the staff are really down to earth and very helpful. If they don't know something they go the extra mile to help each other out and find an answer.

Spent £58.00 at food hall on the self-service till to find at the end the till doesn't take £50. Notes I asked the assistant for change and was informed that it's not company policy to give customers change. I then thanked her and told her I no longer wanted the goods she then ran for change for me. So whyall drama

Karen in the Ladies Department went above and beyond in my hunt for a dress. This lovely girl even traced us to the coffee shop re the dress. What a charming helpful girl she was. Full marks for her exemplary customer service. I will certainly look out for her next time I am in store

M&S staff ignoring Scots law by not wearing masks to protect colleagues and customers from Covid-19.

1/ 5

M&S staff ignoring Scots law by not wearing masks to protect colleagues and customers from Covid-19. Additionally no measures being taken to control the many customers illegally not wearing masks. Disappointing considering the sacrifices the majority have had to pay. Best to avoid if your in a high risk group or simply don’t want COVID-19
