Went looking for a suit for my husband and a lady called Wendy was so helpful. Checked on so many different suits for us and couldn’t have been more accommodating. It’s great to be served by someone so polite and obliging.

Four of us chose to go there from the other side of Cardiff. Decision, well made. We wanted some special ingredients for a special meal this evening. We relaxed upon arrival, in their refreshment area and enjoyed our tea and coffee, along with a piece of cake and some crisps. Then we were spoilt for choice what to buy for our Greek night. Can't fault any aspect of M&S at Culverhouse Cross. P.S food we cooked, was fantastic. My wife knows what to do with good ingredients. R.W

Very helpful staff in the men's department. I will be coming back here for my shirts from now in, simply because nothing is too much trouble for the attentive staff. I was very impressed.

Our visit to M&S was purely to look for dinner suit for an upcoming cruise. We were very impressed with the service in the men's department and also in the ladies department where staff were only to willing to assist. Another plus was the fact that virtually everybody were wearing masks which is sadly missing from many of the other stores and supermarkets around. This would have been five star except M&S did not have a suit carrier or bag large enough to carry a suit. we therefore had to fold it into a much smaller bag to carry home. Sad that this detail detracted from our visit.

It is obvious to me that Covid has taken a break for Christmas in the Cafe at M&S, Culverhouse Cross!! Many of the tables are only 2ft apart. In fact so close I felt I was sharing my lunch with the next table!! I would expect M&S management to know better. The current scenario is not certainly not safe.
