Fine when it’s open - however I’ve driven there on two occasions now when the M&S has been completely shut as there’s ‘only one worker in the petrol station’. If it’s not actually open 24hrs, don’t advertise it as such - it’s really inconvenient to drive all the way out here at 3am (I work nights on occasion and need to buy food!) for it just to be closed.

Not open, don't advertise as 24 hours. The staff left signs up saying tobacco and fuel only as if placing a drink through that tray is gonna be the biggest task for 1 member of staff. Get a grip.
