Always being kept updated, it's never a problem if you ring them with a question, nothing is too much trouble for them. We found all the staff at Mark Templer offered very good service throughout. Always available, responsive and pro-active when chasing things up. I’d be quite happy to use them again in the future when either buying or selling.

Right from the beginning where I popped in to see them and the friendly staff, through to getting my property on the market within one day, I was constantly surprised by the professionalism of the people working at Mark Templer in Clevedon. The communication about what was happening was great and I always knew what was going on with my property. I am not an easy person to please when it comes to customer service and I had a complicated sales situation that they dealt with without any trouble. Throughout they have made me a very happy customer. Highly recommended.

This company would do well to review their approach to buyers in terms of support and respect. Happily there are other estate agents in Clevedon who get that balance correct.
