My company rented office space at Maritime House in Portslade for 4 years. The office was nice, warm & well serviced. But the owners were money grabbing. Ill list some of their charges for you: - Internet - £20 per person excluding VAT for less that 1MB - this was shared between 60 odd offices. *note you are not allowed your own provider, you must use their provider* - They charge £1 for every time they signed for a parcel for you. - 30p a page to print - £30 for access cards Then when we moved out they wanted to charge us £508 for a new carpet for the office we were in along with £20 cleaning fees even though we cleaned the place before we left. My advice is if you are looking for office space steer clear of this place as they will fleece you for every penny they can. They don't seem to realise that this is why half their premises is empty. Please don't make the same mistake we did.
