I had never experienced hypnotherapy so I was a little unsure.. but Mario walked me through the process beforehand and asked the right questions to get to the root of the issue. During the hypnotherapy, I was still aware but in a very relaxed state and I felt very safe and comfortable with Mario's guidance. In just one session, I felt the issue I wanted to work on reduce and I continued to listen to the audio of the session and receive benefit. 10/10 recommend!
