Marcus and his team are quite simply the best, most efficient, kindest, most adaptable, good humoured and careful people. I have had the good fortune to be dealing with them for 5 years now and in fact have gone out of my way to shift business to Bath to be working with them as there is a level of confidence and security that is entirely unmatchable elsewhere. Great facilities and Customer Service was excellent from start to finish both on the phone and on site. Storage facilities are in good condition and access hours are extremely convenient. I have been using their services for quite a long time and till now not faced any problem. I would highly recommend their services to all.

Mardan Removals made the entire process of our move stress free. I have moved a lot over the past few years but I have never had such first class service from any removal company before, including Pickfords who didn't come close. They are calm, courteous, patient and highly organised and nothing is too much trouble. Once my furniture was in, they helped me organise it in the best possible way and understood when I was overwhelmed at one point with trying to make a decision about sofas! From providing a competitively-priced quotation and full packing service to delivering a seamless move, with a wonderful team, we couldn't find fault in any part of the process. So glad we chose Mardan for our move! Excellent service, efficient and professional. Friendly and helpful person to person telephone calls to discuss details and quote. Most of the other companies we looked at only seemed to communicate via email with no name identification. Were booked to arrive at 8am and arrived at 07.58 with two vans in case the contents wouldn’t quite fit in one van. Brian and Gareth, cheerful and friendly with a professional manner, introduced themselves straight away (courtesy is important and makes a difference). They examined all the contents and made sure they knew exactly which items they were taking. They carefully wrapped and protected paintings, mirrors and flat screen TV and using two of their own cartons, packed in some loose items that I had been unable to fit in ours. The items (furniture and cartons) were methodically placed in van and tied securely. These guys treated the items as if they were their own. It was faultless and professional. The staff are obviously well trained and experienced. It was finished in an hour or so and due to restricted turning space in the parking area, one guided the other driver out carefully so as not to damage other vehicles. What team work. I would certainly choose this company again without a doubt.
