Mappin & Webb glasgow

Visited this store on Saturday with my sister she was purchasing a ring. We were met by John one of the sales assistants, he was great,so professional yet warm and welcoming. We had a couple of glasses of Champagne and it was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about our purchase and various other items of jewellery in the store. It is a shop I would recommend and will be returning in the future,Thanks John for a lovely day!!!!!

My wife and I were in to purchase a watch as a gift for her graduation next year. We were made to feel welcome by Lynda from the moment we entered the shop and she looked after us right through the whole experience. This was a one-off special purchase and Lynda did everything to make us and our visit feel special. Thank you!

Picked up my father in law's mappin and webb 1985 watch today, after full service. What a job, like new. A real boost for him as an 82 year old recovering from pneumonia. Thank you.

Had to visit the temporary store in Watches of Switzerland as the Argyll Arcade store is shut for 2 months, was met by the rudest woman who just didn't look like she wanted any customers. No welcome when we came, left standing there and then eventually approaching us rudely to see what we wanted and without offering any help just told us what we wanted wasn't possible. Extremely rude and I don't know why a company like Watches of Switzerland would have such a rude company occupying their space upstairs.

Absolutely brilliant as always , I would look nowhere else for watches and jewellery. The store is immaculate and the staff are phenomenal. Level of service is by far best I’ve ever experienced .

Nicola, Lorna and David have the Glasgow store absolutely buzzing. The customer experience is fantastic and the rest of the store team are tremendous. We love shopping here 👍🏻

Our visit was First Class, the assistance in the shop made our experience very enjoyable not pushy at all and very informative. I would recommend M&W for that special purchase. Its definately my go to shop

Ordered a ring online with a due date of within 7 days. No ring arrived, I contacted customers service who informed me it would arrive within 2 days. Again no ring, another call to customer services only to be told that the ring was out of stock and now wouldn't be available for 9 weeks. They apparently had tried to call around all the stores to find one for me, but there was none. Online service still allowing orders to be processed! I contacted the Glasgow branch myself who managed to locate 1 within an hour. All credit to them, but very disappointed in the online customer service team. When I called to let them know Glasgow had located 1, they didn't even have the correct size from my order form. They clearly hadn't even bothered to try locate one for me. Definitely very poor service for what is supposed to be a high end jewelers.
