Really great team and atmosphere. The staff have good friendly customer service, they remember customers too even to their preferred drinks. Keith is great at pushing the up sale, loved the desert and drink suggestions. Sadif makes a great soy latte. Rooms are nice and clean. The green deal a great idea helped pay for the drinks and deserts.

5/ 5

We stayed for two nights and it was quite enjoyable. The reception staff are quite friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well presented. It's location is within a reasonable walk into the city. The two times we had breakfast at the restaurant the female chef did an amazing job of the meals. Unfortunately on Monday morning a staff member called Shane was taking the orders etc and it was a complete shambles and his general customer service skills really lacked basic fundamentals. Hopefully they sort that out as we witnessed friction between him and the chef and it appears he was more interested in being important than actually doing a proper job. All in all we will definitely stay again and highly recommend staying there to others.
