By far the worst patient service I have ever seen. They do not care whether you are extremely worried (reaching depression) about your health with a stomach pain for 5 days in a row. And if you are a foreigner, your best shot is to go back to your country and seek medical attention there. 100% it will be better than this.

5/ 5

Excellent offline and online service from the staff. Safety measures are taken properly during this pandemic, so I feel rather safe when I have to come directly to the surgery. Hopefully they will put more bench with shelter for the patients to sit while waiting outside the surgery, especially for those who are not coming by car.

Moved here a few years ago and have had nothing but good expertise and kindness. Personally I hope to be denied antibiotics if I don't need them. With the massive pressures and constraints on every GP practice from current government policy, I'm amazed and grateful for the care we've had here.
