Poor service. Impossible to make an appointment unless you have no job and can sit at wait for the right time to rush in to get one or sit in the practice to wait for one- like that is exactly what is good for you when you are ill. Staff offer no solutions to this issue. I love service is shocking to make appointment. Basically if you have a life and can not commit to the “only times” you can make an appointment then you can’t have one!

I am really pleased with the care which I reviewed here. The doctor I saw Dr Barton was very understanding and didn't rush me. He let me explain my issues and queries calmly and he even printed off practical help without me me asking him to do so. I have fou d all of the Doctors and Reception Staff to be welcoming, understanding and extremely empathetic in my times of need. I couldn't be more grateful to them. Hats off to all of you, you do a tremendous job regardless of all of the pressures on you. Thank you all again.

Doctors are good but very hard to get appointment. Reception staff are exctremely rude. Last experience was from this morning, spoke to a very rude receptionist called Tina! Will definitely take further my complaint towards her. Too many patients for this practice and unfortunately affect the quality of the service. However as I said doctors are good. Shame we can not actually get the service we should get.

Doctor Gilmore was great and very understanding. Definite training needed and procedures put in place for helping people with mental health issues that find it difficult to attend appointments and find it hard to talk to and be around strangers. Bring back the online consultations and make online appointments service available without having to come into the surgery to get a password and a login.

Been on phone for over 1 hr since 8 am it it is now 9.10 am then get told no appointments available this surgery is ridiculous no doctors available Will be contacting surgery partners and make a formal complaint this is stupid. It is no fault of the receptionists it us the system that is at fault need a complete overhaul.

I had to raise a complaint as I have been on the phone for 45 min since 1 pm to be told to contact them again next day and I couldn't get any medical help for my ear infection. The Engagement Manager was very polite and proactive to resolve my issue and the appointment approach improved since then for me which I am really pleased for. However there seem to be a lot of problems recently trying to sort out anything at the practice and it really went dowhill over past years. It used to be great. The practice needs improvement around their appoitment booking system. It's not fit for purpose and it's causing treatment delays for a lot of people.

I think this surgery must have closed for business, I've been listening to hold music for over 45 minutes.

My 7 year old son had some bloods done, the doctor who arranged the bloods said if bloods are normal he needs further investigation. Bloods can back normal the receptionist said no further investigation needed, explained what doctor said. Was told I need to make appointment then. Can you book me one no sorry call in the morning. I have school run then work If you work you haven't got a chance for appointment. Everything else is getting back normal so why can't the doctors do the same. Time to move doctors. All the good ones have gone
