Always feel at ease whenever I walk thru manor dental for my appointments. Sandie has great customer service, she is so polite and ever going the extra mile to meet customer needs. Renata the hygienist, I just love how she goes above and beyond with the treatment, she will advise you to how to better and maintain your mouth hygiene, she is also compassionate.

Just been 15 minutes late for a hygienist appointment at Manor Dental survey. Told I’ve missed my appointment and have forgo my £30 deposit. Renata the hygienist cane out to say that I could have half my appointment but pay the full price. Absolutely ridiculous. No offer of an alternative appointment. Very unsympathetic

Had my usual 3 monthly hygienist appointment with Renata. As ever an almost enjoyable experience. Her approach is always firm but gentle and extremely thorough. She is also a very nice lady who has always gone beyond her remit in helpfulness. The practice has recently been taken over, and thank goodness the reception staff have changed. The phone is now answered promptly, politely and with cheerfulness. Sandie is particularly friendly and helpful. Delighted to still be a patient after nearly 15 years.

Been with this practice for a couple of years and they are very polite and always slot you in if urgent. Excellent dental care with a great follow up service offering all the latest advice to keep your teeth in great shape. Nice spacious waiting area with sofas and natural light from a large bay window. Very clean all round with spotless toilet facilities and a relaxed atmosphere. How could I not give them five stars?

First time back in a while and was really impressed. Very professional setup from booking to after care. Friendly staff who help with anything they can. Great service.
