Iv just had to pull out on a property yesterday all down to manning stainton I put an off in February for this house at 179,995 after paying for search fees of nearly £1000 the valuation of the house come back at 167,000 with a bricktie report and work done 170,000 so iv asked for the original report I was told I cant see this report as its date protection so i said cover all names etc I just want to see the house report and other house prices used as a guide as my bank did they provded 3 houses as evidence as I wanted to know how they got to 179,995 because iv paid all this money out for a house over priced by £13,000 I was then told actually there was no report done this was by the in store manager Ian at Beeston branch as he said he did the report him self and is was based on his opinion but I was previously told it was done by a man they use all the time I'm now wanting my money back as all this was based on a complete over priced lie it seems manning stainton are over pricing property's to get clients and they having them lower the price at the last minute iv told them the vender of the house is the one they have done over most as any bank will do the same as mine and take the same houses as evidence and some person is now going to pay fees again and lose out im now looking for a new property anything with manning stainton I will now try to avoid as all they have done is lie the whole time please if you are thinking of selling property through this company I would ask for a proper evaluation with evidence as it's will only cost you in the long run just because this company say they can get you more don't use them at the end of the day its down to the bank lending the money who decides not them there just there for there commission
