Wouldn't even give a star if that was the option. Flight was cancelled and had a day in Glasgow before my next flight so decided to get my nails done. Arrive at the salon and was asked very rudely, "Ehm can I help you or are you just gawking there for no reason?" By the salon owner and so initially felt very uncomfortable. The owner the proceeded to laugh and make fun of my name further making me feel discomfort. I was then treated as though my being there was a hassle even though I had an appointment and was a paying customer, with the owner helping the girl who was doing my nails (this girl was actually very lovely) to sculp a shape for my thumbs a the nailbeds are rather wide and shouting at me to relax my hand and treating me in a very unprofessional manner. I was then charger a very overpriced £50 for my nails after being told they would be £40, but I just paid as I wanted to leave quickly after the uncomfortable chat the staff were having and the rudeness of the owner. I then arrived on holiday a day later and one of my nails fell off. Luckily I had brought nail glue but I spent the whole holiday re-gluing the £50 acrylic nails I had just paid for, whilst my friend who had hers done 2 weeks before and my 2 other friends with fresh nails had no problems (both done for half the price in Edinburgh salons). I would not recommend this salon to anyone please avoid!

terrible!! if i could give a worse star rating i would! had my nails done over a week ago and all week i have been gutted about it! terrible staff, language awful, and honestly just the way they were talking was awful! it took about an hour to do a file and gel polish and then after listening to their awful chat all that time, as well as mediocre nails, i was charged. £28! i expected more from princes square! just terrible! never again

I would not recommend this place at all. I had an appointment for 2.15, was taken at 2.50 and finished at 3.35! I was quoted £28 'and that includes a manicure' so I booked. At the end I was charged £35. I was told I was stiff and rigid but she made me like that. She was annoyed when I knocked one of my nails in the lamp. Very over familiar, very unprofessional, rude, over priced.

I have never experienced staff as rude and unprofessional as the people who work here. Clearly don’t understand what customer service means as there is a severe lack of it. Wouldn’t recommended to anyone.

More than disappointed. I’m not one to leave reviews at all but this salon is awful. I wanted to treat myself to professional acrylics after using at home sets for weeks. Instead have left with bruised and bleeding cuticles, burned nail beds from the electric file, and red nail polish all over my fingers. Immediately removed once I got home. Staff were more focused on telling me off for my at home manicure than showing how much better it could be at their salon. I went to them specifically to support their small business and wish I had never gone. What I went in with vs what I came out with.

My nail popped off the next day. Poor quality and over priced. Update: the owners response to me is absolutely false. I did not even contact them after I left, they did not "invite me for a repair". I didn't bang my nail at home at all it literally fell off on the bus and I did not even speak to them about it so what they responded is not even true. I didn't want to have to go back there because the girl doing my nails was sick. I wouldn't leave a review with one star if I was happy and now I'm furious by the way this business conducts itself. I received an extremely rude text message from them and a lying response back to my review online.

For £30 for shellac Manicure would have expected better work, and by being located at Princess Square. Colour is patchy as so is top coat, cuticles poorly done and paint left over my skin. Couldn't be bothered to say anything, manicurist was too concerned about how tired she was and her own issues which obviously shows in the quality of her work. First and last time, as expensive as London but not to the standard.

I'm new to Glasgow so didn't know where would be good to get my nails done, and I'm so glad I chose here. I'm a nail biter, but the girls made me feel a lot better about them. My nails are beautiful and I've had lots of compliments about them! From when I sat down I felt like one of the gang which was lovely. Can't wait for my next set x
