Splendid service from the team at A&E. I was attended to very swiftly and was never left unattended at any point. The staff have been absolutely warm towards me and my doctors were very gentle during my surgical procedure!

Hi, I have just come out of MRI Endoscopy department after having 2 procedures. I would like to thank all the staff from when I arrived at the reception to the two guys and lady who carried out the procedure and the ladies who looked after me in recovery and the chap who made me a cup of tea. Thank you all for reassuring me and making me feel comfortable. Thanks again Will

This Hospital saved my life in January. I was admitted with a massive chest infection, collapsed left lung and pneumonia. All the staff on ward AM1, thank you for my life ! At the MRI again on Sunday , all the staff were so kind and helpful. The reception staff very kind, and never stopped working. Thank you all.

Absolutely terrible been sitting waiting for hours the receptionist was nothing but unhelpful didn’t even give me the option to talk to a nurse. Absolutely appalling. Absolutely wasted my time what is more important than blurred vision and shooting head pain outside of heart and lung issues? Disgraceful you should be appalled. The only reason you have one star is because zero isn’t an option.

Worrying experience to say the least..... After waiting 9 hours, the doctor could barley understand what I was saying, so just seemed to disregard anything I asked. Considering I'm English, this is hardly expected, or is it these days? It defiantly shouldn't be an issue in a British Hospital, that's for sure! Especially when its an emergency. The lack of empathy for elderly patients from certain members of staff here is massively concerning!
