Fantastic 2 hour deep tissue massage! Had many in different cities/countries but this was possibly best one I’ve ever had. Really worked on deep knots everywhere. Relieved lots of tension, moving arms and legs into better positions to work on them. Satisfying clicks and lovely back of head/neck work to finish. Great!

I let me start by saying WOW my back feels brand new! I had a swedish massage from a lovely girl called Serana it was by far the best massage I have EVER had! Very professional and made me comfortable and worked wonders on my neck and back. The lady on reception is nothing but friendly and helpful top marks ladies il definitely be back soon ❤

Such a great experience! The receptionist was very friendly and gave me hints for free parking too. The massage was out of this world. First time I have ever had a deep tissue and it was everything and more!

I could not flaw this place, the lady on reception was lovely and I’ve been here twice and the two massages were amazing! The two masseurs I had were from Megan and Janay (apologies if that’s spelt wrong)! But highly recommend this place, I’ve already been telling friends and family to go and I will defo book in again. I booked a massage for my mum and I following the amazing reviews online. I received a call from their secretary Lisa to say that they had to rearrange my appointment time due to the massage therapist being unavailable, since I could not assign to their time, they cancelled my treatment and didn't offer an alternate date or time, very well knowing I was travelling from Leicester. Money scammers. During such hard times they seize every opportunity to make money out of people. Stay alert and away. I wish I never booked with them, even the manager named Nancy Cornish was very rude, I was utterly shocked! Be warned.

It was my first time to have any massage. I am more than happy. Receptionist was lovely, if I could give 10 stars will be not enough. Person who done my massage explained everything what I should do. Also, asked me about my life style, to make sure I have right massage. So far, I do not have back pain anymore and I am so grateful that finally I can take deep breath without pain. Definitely I will recommend to my friends and I will come back soon.

Made to feel welcome from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. Place was lovely and clean. And massage was brilliant. You won't be disappointed if your looking to come here .

I missed my appointment since I got it confused with a different massage place, I was not expecting a refund nor did I ask for one. All I wanted was to reschedule and I would have paid a fee for missing the appointment, but instead I got this response by email: “Unfortunately we cannot reschedule your appointment or refund the cost as you were only a few doors away, a two minute walk, and you would have had time to walk back down to us. Secondly we did attempt to call you twice and received no reply. Sorry we cannot help on this occasion. Nancy” I never got a call but either way this is terrible customer service when I’m not from town.

Just went in for a relaxing massage I had no back issue, she spent ages digging into my scapula, half the time missing the right area and digging into bone, told her to stop in the end and she did, but woke up today in absolute agony in that area. Last time I went here was amazing so suppose just depends who you get. Receptionist is lovely and rooms great.
