I really enjoy this hotel for its location and proximity to the city and great restaurants. The breakfast is good as well. The bar/restaurant on the ground floor has a nice relaxing vibe. A bit modern, but not too fancy. Fun to watch sports here while catching up with friends. Ever The rooms are decent. No frills, but we'll finished and arranged. I've stayed here twice and found it a pleasant stay both times.

3 sisters first stay in Manchester booked for a birthday. Lovely friendly welcome on our arrival and helpful polite front desk staff. Nice size clean room with the basic needs however the bed moved quite freely due to wheels so not so stable. Was perfect for a group like us who were looking to explore the city and just use the room for evening rest. In a good location not too far from main stations and various bus stop connections. Would recommend/stay again.

Great staff, certainly friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was partly refurbished to the point that the dressing table, hence, make up area no longer had a mirror, bathroom mirror too steamed up to put make up on. Previous trips here have always had the bar open on our return from dinner, had to order night cap from reception to have in our room, slightly disappointing. Fabulous breakfast.

5/ 5

Just loved the lay out of the room and comfort offered. Breakfast was very good and excellent quality in the bar restaurant area. Handy for the city centre and free bus No1 stops on Spinningfields from the train station. Still some building work going on nearby that didn’t impact on our stay.

Staff the right balance of friendly and professional. Really relieved after a long drive! Very nice room and good food. Again, the staff...best 'asset' of the place. Hope they get a decent wage!
