This was the second (and last time) i used Manchester Audi to service my car. My first experience was good however 12 months later and i am still waiting for a call as promised by one of the sales representatives. I booked my second service (+ first MOT) over the phone with a very enthusiastic chap who assured me that a driver would be able to take me back into work. What he didn't explain was that the driver wasn't guaranteed to be there. Subsequently i had to either wait 40+ minutes for the driver or make alternative arrangements at my own expense. They called me a taxi which arrived promptly, great, however the taxi was that disgusting i got out 2 miles away from my office and walked the rest of the way in the rain to get rid of the stale smoke stench and grime. When i mentioned this to the service representative they laughed and said i should take it up with the taxi firm. Yes i agree this was not a direct issue with Audi but they were the ones who used their service for Audi customers and that reflects badly on them. My second issue is with the blatant attempt to trap me into paying for over priced labour and parts by carrying out the MOT first, knowing that it would fail, failing it, then carrying out the service and finally the health check. Safe to say i did not instruct them to carry out the £2,100 of 'essential' works apparently needed and nor will i be purchasing my next car from them. The whole experience has been highly disappointing yet typical of a dealership that deals a lot with company vehicles. Manchester Audi has not only discouraged me from buying from them but from Audi all together. I will say the chap who greets customers in reception is a credit to the business and his service was the only positive about my experience.

Visited Audi today with my in-laws to have a look around for a new car for them. We were only approached by Ben Heaton, he was really friendly and knowledgeable. Ben showed us around a new A1 and A3. He then sat us down and provided us with a rough quote as we were in a rush. He has great customer service and is a really lovely bloke! He answered our questions and nothing was too much of an ask. Thanks for all your help Ben!

Everything good up front. We enjoyed the A3 we bought. When we gave it back 4 years later they stung us for an extra 2000 pounds for mileage - after expressly assuring us they would not do that back when we bought the car. Will never buy an Audi again. Beware.

I originally booked for a service and after I made the booking I was asked if there was anything else I needed looked at. I informed that the carpet was coming away from the trim. On the day I dropped the car in (9.30am) I got a call at 2pm to say the car was due a service! Apparently there was some lost communication but I didn't ever really get an explanation. Anyway, the service was squeezed in on the day but I needed to rebook for the carpet. Okay, no problem. I dropped the car in at 9am on the day and was told it would be ready for 5.30pm. At 2.30pm I received a phone call that the vehicle needed to stay in overnight as it was a bigger job than anticipated (this is the second time I had the car in and the timescale of a days work was given to me twice). I advised that I had waited around all day for the car and that I needed a courtesy car if mine was to stay in another 24 hours to which I was told that I would need to rebook in 6 weeks time if I needed a courtesy car! Now, I had to complain to a manager that it was incredibly inconvenient for me to bring the car in again and in fairness I was afforded a courtesy car for that night but quite why I had to go through a complaints procedure is beyond my understanding and I have been left with the impression that Manchester Audi completely misjudged the situation. In and amongst all of this I calculated I was kept waiting in the seating area for over an hour. I will not be using this dealership again. It really is a mystery why Manchester Audi would act in this way. Had I felt I received a good experience, there is a high chance I would have purchased my next vehicle from here - this is one new car sale lost, I wonder how many more are lost?

He was brilliant and very helpful and called me on time to come and collect the car. car was valeted as well which was a nice gesture. It was the first time i learn about the Service plan and i signed up because it makes carrying out service less of a worry and more planned. The branch is quite nice , safe , clean and spacious.
