Worst ever experience, I have been trying to get GP appointment since last 6 months, first it was online and now its same day phone service. Appointments are never available. The receptionists are extremely rude and never listen to what you are saying. Only one GP is there whose appointment is really hard to get. I am changing my GP.

Very good practice with an excellent and experienced Doctor. Would highly recommend.

First appointment schedule with doctor: apparently I couldn’t book a visit appointment and it had to be a morning call appointment. As I write this review it’s 4pm and I’m yet to receive any call. Also the receptionists are rude!

Worst experience! From the receptionist to the doctor they keep on lying and are very rude. Simple enquiries are not dealt with and take them months. Please stay away from this GP

Every time I call to speak to a doctor, it is always full booked, even if you are caller number 2 or 3 or if you call 2 times in a week they do not make you speak to the doctor, because their policy that patient can only call once a week, but I ask, can't a person get sick 2 times in a week? if you don't call for 6 months then you're fine, all right. doctors are very good but receptionists do not speak well to you, not all are the same. some receptionists are good .. but i don't recommend this gp

The receptionist ladies are very helpfull and polite. They always call back and helped me with every need I had. They even called me to see if I was doing well and they always pick up the phone. Would highly recommend this practice.

Very good service, all staff very proffessional and knowledgeable. Receptionist go above and beyond to help patients. They are working hard constantly trying to improve the service even more. I needed emergency appointment for my child and despite being booked up they were able to sort something for me. Drs are very thorough and knowledgeable. They listen to patients concern 100% Recommended 100%
