We stay every Christmas day and a couple of time throughout the year. Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need. The views of the tyne are great on a night time. Discounted multi-storey across the road from the hotel. Check in staff are always lovely and will cater to your needs.

This place is absolutely lovely. I had the fish cakes, which were amazing. The lamb shank curry is also very delicious. The service was exceptionally good here, and the waitress was so friendly that I asked her to pass our compliments on to her manager. I would definitely recommend this place, it was a great introduction to Newcastle for us.

Lovely hotel although room allocated late evening to me was opposite the multi storey car park despite asking for one with the river views. Check-in requested an extra charge which was not worth paying as I was only there until 9am next day. Highlight was superb breakfast and excellent customer service particularly from Tirso.

It was one of the greatest experiences of my life, the food was amazing and I popped the question to my lady, which was meant to be at the Gary Barlow concert, that was subsequently cancelled, I was beside myself with nerves but thankfully she said YES phew, the room was an absolute Palace and the bed was majorly comfortable, I don't think I have ever had a sleep that well, the staff were amazing and catered to every request we had, definitely going back for our anniversary of our engagement 💍.
