Alex was so friendly and professional from start to finish! He would always be available anytime night or day for any questions. Treatment wise, I have just had my treatment of composite bonding done and I couldn’t be happier.. they are perfect! Thank you so so much Maison Dental! 100% recommendation from moi!

Always been so conscious about my teeth since I had my braces off. I approached Alex when the practice first opened and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Helped me boost my confidence with such professionalism and attentive care throughout my treatment. I trusted his advice on getting the Invisalign treatment and never looked back since. The staff are so warming to when you first arrive it makes the experience way more comforting in comparison to other dentists I’ve visited in the past. I cannot wait to finish my Invisalign and then go onto the finishing touches with his amazing whitening and composite bonding. I’ve seen both Dr. Alex and his business Maison Dental grow from strength to strength and change not only peoples smiles, but also their lives all around the country in true style and glam. I had a course of Invisalign then composite edge bonding carried out by Dr Alex at Maison Dental. The whole experience was stress free and the team were very quick to answer any concerns/queries and were very helpful. Dr Alex helped me make my vision a reality and lived up to his reputation. Extremely happy with my teeth and have had endless complements!

Big thank you to dr Richard and dr riddle giving me my dream smile! Dr Richard really does live up to his reputation, he has an eye for detail and is a perfectionist which I love!!!

Ridiculous prices I paid £850 for teeth whitening I thought I would of got the best results and my teeth still isn’t whitened also they wanted me to paid another £90 on top of the £850 so all together I would of paid £940 they are a rubbish company don’t use them they like to rip you off never again !!

Avoid at all costs, takes your money and unwilling to refund due to it ‘ being unrefundable’ yet this isn’t stated ANYWHERE, no terms or conditions or verbally. Escalating further… I have spent thousands and thousands with them and they are refusing to refund my money for a conditioning appointment which I can no longer make due to unforeseen circumstances and gave more than 2 weeks notice. Please refund me!!

Do not get invisalign at this dentist! I cannot put into words how much I wish someone had written a true review of this dental practice before I trusted them with my teeth. I was told my Invisalign treatment would take 9 months and 2 and a half years later here I am. Invisalign requires a dentist to assess the scans and ensure your bite it's right but I went though countless scans and trays because Dr Alex was unable to get my bite right and my teeth do not meet properly now. My teeth were filed down too much and I now have a gap between my front teeth. I was also left with glue all over my teeth and damage to one of my top front teeth from Dr Alex's lack of care and attention to detail. I saw a dental hygienist who could not believe my teeth had been left in such a way and she 'had never seen so much glue left on someone's teeth'. I had to seek the help of a different dentist to help remove all this glue and help repair my tooth as much as they could and I wish so badly I had gone to them in the first place. If you take a look at the company's instagram you will see Dr Alex wants to be a celebrity dentist. Because I am not an influencer or celebrity my concerns and issues weren't listened to and the work on my teeth was done in haste and without care. I have now received a full refund on my treatment but that has taken months of back and forth and I had to get the Dental Complaints Service involved as well as seek legal advice. I can also never get my original teeth back. Save yourself the time and upset and please choose a different dentist. Lastly many of these Google reviews are from staff members I have met over the last two and a half years. ----- In response to Maison Dental's reply I have full documented correspondence with the Dental Complaints Service and they have the full email chains of complaints I have had with the practice. For clarity my complaint was not dealt with until I told Maison Dental the Dental Complaints Service was involved at which point I was issued a full refund and I feel this was likely to avoid a full investigation. From the other reviews below and from the story I have heard of another patient whose bonding chipped because her bite was not considered I do not consider this many happy patients. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
