First time the children and i have ever stepped foot in the centre today. while i was making my way back in, i asked for directions to the changing rooms as i didnt know where they were and i was obv trying to abide by covid rules. The lady who helped me was friendly but as i was talking to her (receiving the directions), a blonde woman and swim teacher yelled at me to go and give my son's stuff to him ! I'm sorry who are you ??? Is this how you talk to all your customers / parents?? Disgusting and i wont keep quiet if it happens again!
