I am a relatively new patient to this practise- 6 months- and it is much better than my old one! The Drs are very helpful and will happily spend more than the allotted time if required. I've had no trouble getting an appointment- even if it is a 7pm call!. Reception staff are helpful and lovely and the practise nurse is very nice too. Genuinely happy with my choice of GP surgery.

Been a patient at this practice for 3 years, and have had a comparatively low wait time for an appointment compared to my previous surgery. There are always Foundation Year Doctors who work there, and they are likely to have even earlier appointments too. I've never had an issue with waiting longer than 1 week for a specific doctor I've requested, and have many times been able to get an appointment the following day. The phone can ring out sometimes though but be patient and you'll get through!

I've been a member of this practise since it opened and was familiar with some of the doctors in the previous practise as a child, now as a parent myself I have stayed with this practise for my own medical care and that of my 3 children. In times of need, Lesley & the team of receptionists have went above and beyond the norm to help and support, most recently Claire who helped with an emergency situation & arranged additional support quickly - the job they do is always greatly appreciated by my family and I. Doctor Miller has been my children's doctor since birth and always makes the visits pleasant & enjoyable for the children even when they are really poorly, this makes all the difference. He is always helpful and informative too which is greatly appreciated as a new parent. As are doctors Kiddie & Van Den Hoven. Yes, human error mistakes do happen but in times of need before, during and following the pandemic, we've always been looked after and reassured by the at Main St. Thank you!

That place is an embarrassment, It has been over 10 minutes I am waiting just to speak to somebody. And I gave up. Better to not be about to die when you phone them... I am not talking about the doctor, it is not they fault and they do they job, but the réception is a joke. They are the rudderst persons I ever had to deal with. Every time I go. They have a sign saying that they don't allow people to be rude to their staff, well can you put one for you staff about not being rude to they client? Because it is pretty recurrent.

I've registered with this gp seven years and understand due to covid things have changed, my son never seen his gp phoned in june for throat issues he 's been telling since sometimes the gp asked for a covid test and it came negative not even bothered about main issue, phoned yesterday they asked to phone this morning again, receptionist telling me its not an emergency since he had it since like she knows his body and doctor will phoned in 2 weeks, even for my partner I have to argue with them to be seen after paying for his nhs fee. Unbelievable.

This place is a joke, every month I go to collect my medication and there is always something up or something missing, today I collect my medication to find my Anti-Depressions medication not there, when I asked why my Anti-Depressions are not there, there reply was, "oh there up for review" so why did no one contact me, as I run out tonight! they also expect me to me able to say my medication word for word, I have a disability Dyslexia, part of my Dyslexia is I can not read very well, so how and earth am I going to be able to say my medication, as well as suffering with speech problems as part of my Dyslexia, things are bad enough at the moment, my mental health is on an all time low, I'm struggling with Uni and work life as well as this current lock down, I feel this place should be helping me not curate more stress and anxiety, my doctors brilliant just a shame the practice isn't, I will be finding another practice once lock down is over!
