Have used this branch for years and always happy with the quality, pricing and delivery whether for flooring doors ironmongery or kitchen.

Bought good laminate here on a great offer. Staff very helpful and this place good not only for kitchens but also associated building materials and tools used by contractors.

Providers of excellent products and exceptionally high service levels, a far cry from the slanderous reviews Mr. Jose Aizcorbe has left! Would recommend for kitchen quotes, as well as doors & flooring.

AVOID THIS BRANCH!!! Chris Jaques literally STOLE 80£ after returning some ironmongery bought the day before, which he advised was suitable for fire doors (but it wans´t). Very rude on the phone, even shouted at me. I spoke also with the manager of the branch Dave Leblanc, who literally told me " We do not know anything about Building Regulations and you are not getting back your refund" but when being there several times to sort this out Chris and Dave were giving advice to people about how to install materials to comply with Building Regulations.... Spoke with a very rude lady on customer service, who was going to call me back. After 1 week still waiting... My builder managed to get a refund ticket and got my money back, after Dave Leblanc insisted several times that I was not entitled to get it; EVEN WITH THE TICKET REFUND!!!

Never would recommend this branch. I am not sure if all branches are like this one but this particular one messed me around to the limit. They said they can do this, do that but when I finally came to pay they increased the initial price without informing me beforehand. The delivery came incomplete and I tried contacting them but this time they only responded once a week to the hundred of emails I sent.and they didnt even solve my problem I had with the kitchen units. Then I tried complaining but the Ineffeciant managing staff did not want to help me nor did they apoligise for the lack of proffesionalism. Right from the sales team to management.

We went to Magnet Balham after visiting many of the competitor showrooms and got the help and finest advice from the manager, Chris. The design of a good kitchen, in our opinion, can only be achieved by pooling the wishes of the end user with the skills of the professional kitchen sales advisor and in with Chris and Magnet we certainly achieved our goal. The units recommended are of superb quality and most certainly user friendly providing us with a finished article with maximum working space in what must be the most difficult dimensions and shape. As a retired chef/lecturer it has provided us with a practical working kitchen worthy of any situation demanding a love of fine cuisine and the preparation thereof. When guests arrive our Magnet kitchen is now equally a port of call to that of our dining room until I kick them out to get on with the job I love, working in a fine kitchen.

It’s a shame google doesn’t let you leave ZERO star reviews. Not much else to say really… if you chose to use their store you chose to have your time and money wasted.

Fantastic experience! Chris & his team were excellent from the off, superb design, great quality product and above all, top customer service! I would recommend this branch to anyone who wants a new kitchen. It's a shame to read some of the negative reviews on here, unfortunately it appears not everyone has had such a positive experience as we have, however I will urge all who read to reserve judgement, there are two sides to every story and I cannot praise these guys enough for going above and beyond at all times to help see this project through to the end.

I had to contact the balham branch to find out what U value my windows had for Lambeth Building Regs. I purchased them 6 years ago but Tomos Bailey was most helpful in finding this out for me. Excellent service. Thank you :-)
