High quality products with friendly and helpful staff. They were offering a great service a long with top quality kitchen fittings.

The trades guy Craig was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for... not really being a builder I needed that extra help and Craig plus David where very helpful and also a good laugh... that place needs people like them as before it was a little run down.... Great job guys

The customer service here is dire. Ordered a door was supposed to be in stock next day. A month and several calls, where they said they would get back to us but never, later I finally get it delivered. They left it outside my house despite saying they would wait to deliver it after 4.30 when I would be back. It's lucky I am capable of carrying the door inside myself and no one decided to steal it. Clearly magnet do not care for repeat business. I will not be using them again and wouldn't advise anyone else to.

Very professional and inviting shop. David at the Oxford Osney store was extremely patient and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. We are really excited to see our new kitchen.

On entering the very small showroom you are greeted in a very warm and friendly manner, by a member of staff. They are very approachable and extremely helpful. You are given time to consider your options and they come to your home in order to design your 'Dream Kitchen' There ends your dream! Once you have paid upfront and selected to use your own kitchen fitters, you are out on your own! You then find out the kitchen design is totally wrong thus altering your whole kitchen layout and design. On contacting the company I was met with ignorance, rudeness and a stubbornness not to enhage with me. They never came to the house to assess their work or accept their mistake. Consequently, we have been left with an inadequate kitchen and a most stressful experience, I do not wish to experience ever again! I would never use this company again and I would advise other potential customers to consider other companies and NEVER Magnet.

Popped in the Oxford store today. Our builder has already done the design with Magnet for our cabinets so we wanted to check on the colours we had selected for the cabinets against our floor tiles and worktop. Could not have been more helpful. Brilliant service (even with our seven year old opening every cupboard several times) and we have actually changed our cabinet colours now based on our visit and the professional advice given. Thank you!

Steven Strady, one of the designers at Oxford Magnet Kitchens, was great. He has a very easy manner, offers real clarity in helping design my kitchen and flagged up practical, cost and the design aesthetic aspects that I wasn't able to think of by myself. The design process was made easy and really enjoyable with him. I am so excited to see the design come to life!

This is a tiny showroom, much smaller than expected, staff were friendly but not a large enough range on show. Diy stores have more kitchens, cupboard doors and worktops on display!
