Booked a time slot to visit but no one was at the door when we arrived so we were able to walk in...as did others who wanted to browse and had not pre booked. That was the only issue really. Molly was extremely helpful and patient in terms of a draft kitchen plan.

I visited Magnet Trade Coventry on 29th September 2020. Im proud to give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Gaz ( Gareth Jones ) at Magnet Ltd Coventry for outstanding customer service .here is why my husband & I have chosen to spend a phenomenal amount of money £30000+ on our dream kitchen at Magnet Ltd Gaz really “listened” to us, he put us under “no pressure” got to know all our likes and dislikes, he put some fantastic ideas forward, he really made sure we found everything we was looking for. Gaz had the patients of a saint. Nothing was too much trouble. I work in #retailmanagement & know how hard it is keeping customers like me happy when we don’t exactly know what we’re looking for .I have to say I can see why Magnet kitchens have won the Which? kitchendesign Award for last couple of years having employees like Gareth Jones looking after their customer In retail their is so much competition sometimes the only difference between you & some of your competitors is fantastic employees. Gaz spent 4 hours with us, he made a lasting impression on both my husband and I. Not only are we totally happy spending our money with magnet, we will also go on to highly recommend them. We can not wait to have our extension finished to proudly show everyone the final results that all started with a smile warm welcome & outstanding customer service.
