Magnet Kitchens bolton

I am feeling shame to give them one star. Customer service is absolutely disgusting, rude attitude. Under one minute of phone he quoted me price of £25,000 and also again over the phone in the same minute he figured out that I can't afford to buy the kitchen. Before even any measurements or design how can you calculate the price ? Please read the other two reviews about their sales people attitude. They even don't bother that you visit them. If you don't need customer then close this showroom and open a babar shop.

Wouldnr arrange design without declaring budget and tried telling me wouldn't get price less than £5k on supply only. All other quotes have come in around £2.5k.

Very helpful staff and showed us everything we wanted.

I can honestly say that I have never experienced such bad customer service in any business when trying to purchase something, Magnet kitchens you need to review the sales people/ process you employ, I went to your Bolton showroom in Spa road on the 30-july and was met by the most aggressive, condensing, arrogant sales person, I would not want anyone else to endure his onslaught, he constantly and consistently over shouted my wife, did not listen to what she was saying, all he kept repeating was that he couldn't help us unless we left a deposit, and all of this was before he even knew what we were asking , all we wanted to do was to book an appointment to have a kitchen planned....... I am really upset that I have to leave a 1 star review, your company / employee does not deserve such a high number, zero is to good for your employee today, I would like someone from your company to reply to me . Thank you .

Dave Hunter from the Bolton branch designed our kitchen for us. He drew up the plans really quick and offered a remote service due to the pandemic to avoid delays and this was helpful for us. We told him our budget and he wasn't pushy which we liked. We stayed within budget and had a number of options to choose from. Dave made some really helpful suggestions along the way and we have ended up with a really good quality kitchen which we are very happy with. Due to the pandemic, our fitters (external company) asked to change the delivery date on short notice and this was accommodated easily by Dave and the team. After delivery, we found that one or two small fittings were missing and the Magnet team at Bolton had it available for us on the same day. We highly recommend Magnet Kitchens Bolton to anyone!!

I bought laminate flooring, decent price and warranty, installed in one room so far, little tricky (click on type) end result is good.

Excellent selection of LPD Doors, fast efficient delivery ..absolutely enjoy going to this place, the staff on the Trade are brilliant and nothing is to much trouble…Highly recommended for customer service and fast delivery, can’t fault them ….
