Look up Nobia Uk. The staff appear to hate their jobs and as a result their lives, so this review should come as no surprise. Unprofessional, unreliable and unrepentant. I thought Magnet would be professional, competent and attentive and they are quite the opposite. Kitchen fitter went on holiday prior to completing the installation. Been waiting 3 weeks now for kitchen to be completed. Staff unaware of legal requirements for electrical and gas safe installations and certification of appliances. I shouldn’t have to be directing them as they’re supposed to be the experts and professionals. Branch manager suggested I find the appropriate trades for the installation myself. Gold standard installation is supposed to include all works required. It would be better described as Bog standard.

Incompetent salesperson & manager completely mismeasured kitchen which caused lots of problems & hassle with our fitters who were not with Magnet! Make sure you check that they have measured correctly before fitting!! Lots of running around/waiting in for deliveries which was big inconvenience! Would also recommend getting glass splashbacks done by a local company, not through magnet. We had nothing but grief with this & very expensive too!!! You have been warned!!

Numerous mistakes, mismeasurements and hold ups during the design and installation phases. The fitter, Dean McCouaig physically threatened me when I discovered he made a mistake and cut my worktop in the wrong place, even though I'm disabled. I've only had my kitchen 3-months and it's falling apart. It is so bad I have to get the whole kitchen ripped out and replaced by someone else now. The quality of materials and workmanship from magnet is appalling. The way they treat customers is absolutely shocking.
