Magnet derby

Excellent service from start to finish. Had a Winchester sage kitchen and appliances on a "dry fit" installation. Had to wait from April to September for the fitting but it was well worth it. Thanks to Mary and Alan in the showroom and to Guy and Paul who fitted the kitchen in 3 days.

Absolutely shocking company to work with. Peter was brilliant helping my parents in choosing their dream kitchen until everything was ordered, invoice paid in full and then didn't want to know. And as for Mary, customer service skills non existent. Won't be using them for my own kitchen project.

Shocking Customer Service: Took time out of our busy schedule during lunch to attend an appointment to discuss our new kitchen. After making an enquiry online I spoke to a very pleasant advisor who told us to drop by and see some of their advisors and take a look at their showroom, we're looking forward to picking the style, appliances, tiles and flooring etc at this showroom. I'm afraid that's where it all went wrong. From the moment we walked through the door there was no acknowledgement (with a heavily pregnant wife, large buggy and a sleeping baby, we were hardly sneaking in). The sales rep, Alan after seeing us walk past him eventually vpiped up. Taking a confrontational tone asking how we got in and what do we want, still sat down proceeded to tell us that it's pointless us coming in without any measurement's. Trying to claw something back after explaining what was said he then got up and asked "what colour do you want" continuing the rude and condensing attitude towards us. Felt like we'd somehow inconvenienced him by daring to drop £10k into his lap. Giving him the benefit of the doubt we explained again the situation but that didn't change anything and we ended up having to walk out of the sale. Considering the reputation and the brand strength that Magnet have we're very disappointed but thankfully Wren are popping out next week.

We had booked an appointment only to find when we arrived that they were busy, we waited for 10 minutes then I asked how much longer and was told not too long. I said I would go to another shop I needed, they took my number and said they would call me. They didnt so after 45 minutes after my booked appointment, I went back in to the shop to find he was on the phone. I said I wasnt going to wait any longer and was told he would call me. But I never received a call so we bought our kitchen at a shop nearby. Terrible customer service
